This website is operated by Prim Lifestyle Co. Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Prim Lifestyle Co.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Exchange Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or purchase our products.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to customers.

  1. ONLINE-STORE ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products, website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, measurements, colors, photographs and other information accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on the customer’s screen, device and settings.

Many Prim Lifestyle Co. products are handmade. Minor variations in color, texture, finish, design placement or appearance may occur and help make each handmade product unique. These minor variations are not necessarily defects.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit quantities of any product without notice.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout and may change without notice.

Customers agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment, shipping and contact information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified or if information appears incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent.

Discount codes, promotional offers and sale prices cannot be applied retroactively unless expressly stated. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, payment problems or violations of these terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Customers must review their order information carefully before completing checkout.

  1. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for submitting correct names, dates, spelling, photographs, colors, wording and other personalization information.

Prim Lifestyle Co. is not responsible for errors contained in information approved or submitted by the customer.

Personalized, custom-made and made-to-order products cannot generally be canceled, returned or exchanged after production begins, except when the finished product is defective, incorrect because of our error or otherwise eligible under applicable law.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND TEMPLATES

Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical product will be shipped unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

Purchasing a digital product gives the customer a limited, nonexclusive and nontransferable license for personal use only. Digital files, templates, designs and access links may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, copied for commercial resale or represented as the customer’s original work.

Digital purchases are generally final after the product has been accessed or downloaded, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and software or account requirements before purchasing a digital product.

  1. CRAFT PRODUCTS AND SAFETY

Customers must follow all instructions, warnings and recommended age guidance included with craft kits, paints and related products.

Craft products are not food and must not be eaten. Some products may contain small components. Children should use craft products only with appropriate adult supervision.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and for their intended purpose.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing periods and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy and individual product listings.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Prim Lifestyle Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address, unclaimed package or returned shipment may be charged to the customer.

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and related charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

  1. EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Exchanges, returns, refunds, damaged-order claims and cancellation requests are governed by our published Exchange Policy.

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, customers must contact Prim Lifestyle Co. within 24 hours of delivery and must mail an approved exchange back within three calendar days of the original delivery date.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original website content, product photographs, product designs, digital files, graphics, logos, branding, written content and other materials belonging to Prim Lifestyle Co. are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No Prim Lifestyle Co. content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.

Customers may not use this website or its content to:
